How do i register to use the food pantry?

Please bring the following items the first time you come to the pantry:

1. A photo ID
2. A recent legal piece of first-class mail (utility bill, lease agreement, etc) to verify your address
3. Documentation (forward cards, food share letter, etc) for any other people living in your household to verify their residence
4. Must live within the Badger High School school district
5. Self-declare monthly income (does not require documentation).

You can check your qualifications on the Wisconsin Department of Health Services website (dhs.wisconsin.gov/forms/f4/f40059i.pdf). All registration information collected is confidential. Personal identifying information is never transferred and is only used to verify the number of people in a household.

​You will be asked to present a photo ID at every visit to the food pantry.

When can i register to use the food pantry?

Registration occurs during service hours only.
Monday - Wednesday - Friday : 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before closing.
