Anyone 14 years of age or older may volunteer during regular sessions. Ages 14 and 15 need to be accompanies by an adult over the age of 18. Ages 16 and older can volunteer independently. High school and youth groups may volunteer with one adult for every 10 youths.
All volunteer drivers and driver helpers must be at least 21 years old with a current drivers license and insurance.
How many people can I bring?
We can accommodate different group sizes depending upon the day and the volunteer opportunity.

What should I wear to volunteer?
Volunteers must wear long pants, shirts with sleeves, and close-toed shoes. You will not be permitted to work if you're wearing sandals or shorts/short skirt. Depending upon the project you're assigned to, you may be asked to remove jewelry.
Do I have to schedule in advance or can I show up to volunteer?
Do we need to bring anything to our volunteer session?
We ask that all volunteers who are able to, bring at least one shelf-stable food item to donate. These items include: canned vegetables, soup, tuna, canned fruit, rice, beans, pasta, peanut butter, and shelf-stable milk. You can see the full list of needed items on our What To Donate page.
